Data deletion

You can remove Rizamo's access to your social accounts and have your data deleted at any time. Deleting data in Rizamo never deletes posts or anything else on the networks themselves.

1. If you use Rizamo

• Disconnect one account. In the web app, open Accounts, choose the account and select Disconnect. We delete its access token at once and the data we stored from it within the periods below.
• Delete your team. In the web app, open Settings and select Delete team. You have 30 days to export your data; then we delete everything.
• Ask us. Write to hi@rizamo.com from the email address of your team's owner, and say what you want deleted.

2. If you connected an account through another app

Some apps are built on Rizamo. If you connected your account through one of them, ask that app to delete your data. You can also write to hi@rizamo.com with the account's name and network; we will pass your request to the app and make sure it is done.

3. Remove access from the network

Removing Rizamo in a network's settings revokes our access, and we delete the related data:

• Facebook: Settings, then Business integrations, then remove Rizamo or Swonkie. Meta tells us, and we send a confirmation code you can quote if you contact us.
• Instagram: Settings, then Apps and websites, then remove the app.
• Threads: in the Threads app, Settings, then Account, then Website permissions.
• YouTube and Google: the Google security settings page, then remove access.
• LinkedIn: Settings, then Permitted services, then remove the app.
• TikTok: in the TikTok app, Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services permissions.
• X: Settings, then Connected apps, then revoke access.
• Other networks: look for connected or authorised apps in the network's security settings.
