This policy applies to everyone who uses Rizamo: our customers, the people they invite, their End Users and the Agents any of them connect. It is part of our Terms of Service. Agents are held to the same rules as people.
1. Content
Do not use Rizamo to publish, send or store content that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
- sexually exploits or endangers children;
- harasses, threatens or incites violence or hatred against people or groups;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- impersonates a person or organisation, or misleads people about who is behind an account;
- contains malware, phishing or links built to deceive;
- breaks advertising, consumer protection or financial promotion rules, including undisclosed paid partnerships.
2. Spam and manipulation
- No mass posting of the same or nearly the same content across many accounts.
- No fake engagement: buying or trading likes, follows, comments or views, or automating them.
- No networks of fake or coordinated accounts that hide who is behind them.
- No unsolicited automated messages or replies. Automated replies are fine when they answer someone who contacted the account, within the Network's rules.
- No engagement bait or misleading tactics designed to game Network algorithms.
3. Network rules
Follow the terms, community guidelines and developer policies of every Network you publish to. If a Network would not allow something directly, do not do it through Rizamo.
4. API, MCP and Agent conduct
- Stay within published rate limits, and do not get around the limits of Rizamo or of any Network.
- Do not scrape Networks, reverse engineer the Service or test its security outside our disclosure process (hi@rizamo.com).
- Do not run load tests or traffic that degrades the Service for others.
- Supervise your Agents. Give them only the Profiles and scopes they need, and review what they publish when the risk calls for it.
5. Data
- Do not use data from Rizamo or the Networks for surveillance, to profile people without their consent, or to make decisions about eligibility for housing, employment, credit, insurance or similar.
- Do not sell data obtained through Rizamo, or build databases of Network users from it.
- Do not use content from X to train or fine-tune foundation models, or LinkedIn member data for sales, recruiting or advertising targeting.
- Respect deletion requests from the people whose data you hold.
6. Enforcement
We look at reports and signals case by case. Depending on how serious and how repeated a problem is, we may:
- warn you and ask you to fix it;
- remove content or pause publishing for a Profile;
- suspend a Profile, an API key or an Agent;
- suspend or close the Team.
We may act immediately, without warning, for illegal content, threats to people's safety, risks to the Service, or when a Network requires it. Closures for breaches of this policy are not refunded.
7. Reporting and appeals
Report abuse to hi@rizamo.com. If we took action against you and you think we got it wrong, reply to our notice or write to that address. We answer appeals within 5 business days.
